CityStart connects renters — students, interns, fellows, researchers, and young professionals — with housing in Washington, DC. By using CityStart, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform for legitimate housing search or listing purposes.
Listings
Property owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. CityStart reviews listings before publishing but does not guarantee the condition, availability, or legality of any property. Renters should independently verify details before signing a lease.
No guarantee of match
Submitting a Housing Match request does not guarantee that CityStart will find suitable housing within any specific timeframe. We do our best to follow up within 24 hours and connect you with relevant options.
Account responsibility
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CityStart after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
